The Virtual Health Network (VHN) is a collection of comprehensive, nationally recognised, authoritative medicines information sources, the majority of which is available free of charge to users.

This site acts as a stepping stone between the websites within the network, allowing you to navigate from one resource to another by simply clicking on the button located at the bottom right of each screen.

TICTAC

TICTAC - TICTAC for Healthcare facilitates the identification of drug containing products (mostly tablets, capsules and transdermal devices) as well as products that might be confused with them (e.g. confectionery), from a physical description.

TICTAC also links to Summaries of Product Characteristics (SPCs). SPCs are authored by the pharmaceutical companies and approved by the Medicines Control Agency (Government regulatory body).
